Our A5 carbonless form pads come in a choice of 2 part, 3 part or 4 part sets. A 2 part set is a form with an initial white page and copy page underneath. A 3 part is a form with an initial white page, then 2 further copy pages underneath. The first page uses white paper, the copy pages underneath you have a choice of yellow, green, blue and pink paper.

Our A4 carbonless forms come in pretty handy for applications such as invoice forms, receipt pads, telephone messages, manufacturing and dispatch checklists.

Unlike many UK print companies 100% of our carbonless forms are printed lithographically. Even though we print lithographically we manage to keep our print prices low, we don’t farm out our print to other companies – we print in-house so because you’re dealing direct you’re making BIG savings. A little birdy told us our print prices are some of the cheapest lithographic prices in the UK!

Delivery

We operate a very fast turnaround service, our carbonless forms will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days and sent by a next day courier service. If you need your print in a hurry, please contact the main office and we’ll do our best to assist with your request. We’re a 24 hour 5 days a week operation. Please be aware, your order will be processed night or day!

Design Service

If design isn’t your thing we recommend purchasing our in-house design option, for just £50 we can take care of the design. After placing your order simply email your brief to design@sensecreative.co.uk quoting your order number, include any text, logos and colour preference and we’ll handle the rest.

There is no reason to limit your form design to black or single colour. Unlike most of our competitor form printers we print our forms full colour throughout at no additional cost !!

A full colour printed form allows you many more options to make your form more user friendly and attractive. For example you could add a colour logo, colour to text and form boxes, even images of your products.

Number of sheets in each form pad

Each pad contains 50 forms so a 2 part set would have 100 sheets, a 3 part set would have 150 sheets and 4 part set would have 200 sheets. We finally add a thick backing board to the pad making the pad stiff and easier to write on. Your form pads are bound using a glue on the upper edge of the form.

Carbonless ?

The text you write on the first page is duplicated on the underlying pages by the pressure of your writing. The slight pressure of writing on the top sheet causes ink inside the underlying pages to raise to the surface creating a copy of your writing. Clever stuff! This means that there is no need to use a carbon sheet to make the transfer.

Can we add numbers to each page ?

Unfortunately we do not have the equipment to add individual numbers to each page.

A4 Restaurant &Takeaway Menu

Got quite a bit to say? Our folded leaflets will give you the space to say it! Printed on 170gsm paper or 300gsm artboard and the choice of four sizes you have as much room as you need to play with!

Our A3 folded leaflets are folded to become A4. You can have your leaflets folded in half or folded twice into 3 panels (like a takeaway menu). Our folded leaflets are available in two paper weights. 170gsm triple coated gloss paper – a heavy paper with a real quality feel guaranteed to make a great first impression, and 300gsm triple coated gloss heavy board which is creased prior to folding to ensure the best possible finish.

Low cost doesn’t mean we compromise on the quality of your menus unlike some of our competitors.

We only use high quality 130gsm gloss paper from managed, sustainable resources. Using state of the art lithographic presses we will ensure that your menus are produced to the highest quality in the most cost effective manner for you.

Some of our competitors try to rival our low cost menu services, and claim to be cheap, but are low quality, imitations that fail to meet our high standards at Low Cost Menus.

We lead where others try to follow.

We now offer two production options, you can choose to have your items printed Litho or Digitally. The lithographic process is very high quality and offers better value for money on medium to long runs and Digital printing offers a faster turnaround and is generally cheaper on short runs, though please compare both prices, its very easy to do on our website, just toggle between the two printing types.

We recently began offering digitally printed items, and utilise the most advanced digital presses. Our Kodak Nexpress offers the best image quality, we can print on the largest cut sheet in any digital press and becuase our Kodak digital press is equipped with 5 colours we can produce lots of nifty effects too, check out our Kodak info page to learn more.

We use FSC certified paper so you know your print has been produced from sustainable paper sources.

Brief History about the Japanese HRM:

Japanese manufacturing firms, especially automobile makers, electrical appliance makers, electric equipment manufactures, and precision machinery industries enjoyed a world wide competitive advantage for three decades from the early 1960s to the 1980s. However, after the bursting of the nation’s asset inflation ‘economic bubble’ in the beginning of 1990s, Japanese firms lost their competitive edge. In concurrence with the collapse of the Japanese bubble economy, the Japanese style of management that foreign managers or researchers had revered lost popularity. Subsequently, Japanese firms have been struggling to reengineer their HRM systems.

3 PILLARs OF JAPANESE HRM SYSTEM: It is really important to briefly introduce about the “three pillars” of the Japanese Human Resource Management system before exploring about the main impacts of the decade-long recession and also the discussing whether changes in Japanese HRM system are following a Western model or they have their own strategy For their employment, training and also industrial relation and compensation systems.

The key and main 3 pillers of Japanese consist of

  • Enterprise or Trade &Labor unionism  which is the system that each firm possesses a single union to stand for blue- and white-collar workers; and these unions operate independently. The purpose of establishing a union is, together with the management of the firm, to work for the interests of the enterprise. The enterprise unionism aims to negotiate for increases in salaries and other allowances for workers (Grainger and Miyamoto 2003), and then they can encourage workers to increase the productivity and efficiency as well as to assure the future of a firm.

  •  The second and another important HRM piller is Long-term or Life time employment. in Japan life time employment can be explain which is  politically correct than lifetime employment or. Employes  who are offered life-time employment are very important members or people in main activities of a firm .A research of Japanes Labour shows that more then 55%* of Japanese companies are still observing some form of the employment system and 14%* actively use it as a recruiting & retention tool. (Source: Labor Situation in Japan & Analysis: Detailed Exposition 2009/2010, JILPT Presented at The 8 th Annual Asian Shares Services & Outsourcing for HR Conference, 22-25 March 2010, Amara Hotel, Singapore ). the major advantage of life-time employment system is to build up the loyalty of core employees and rationalise a firm’s investment in job training.

  • The seniority based wage and promotion system, a third pillar of the Japanese HRM system, is described that when being recruited, the salary of a worker starts at the bottom and will increase if he can stay longer with the firm (Ojha 2000). This system prevents job switching because workers have to start at the bottom level again. On the other hand, firms have to keep their skill employees to reduce the training cost, and also retain senior members to let them not find another job on their own because respecting of seniority is coherent with Japanese tradition and culture.
